PAUL BASS AND
BACKGROUND VOCALS
Paul started on guitar in junior high
school, playing at house parties, churches, teen centers and high school
dances. After a short respite from playing, Paul joined the Modernaires
in 1972, after a last-minute call to fill-in on New Years Eve. The
group recorded two albums and two singles, and toured the Northeastern
United States.
In 1976, The Modernaires evolved into
Night Life after the leader of the Modernaires was tragically killed in
a car accident. After brief stint in the Tom Lorenze Band, Paul joined
Flipside in 1995.
