Flipside
has been performing across all of western New York to audiences of all
ages. The band has performed in various shows from THURSDAY IN THE
SQUARE, TASTE OF BUFFALO, M&T AT NOON, Forth of July at HAMLIN
PARK, The CANAL FEST, or the Hamburg BURGER FEST just to name a few .Be it a WEDDING, Night Club or dance,
we have
entertained ten's of thousands of people, over the years ! We hope to
perform at one of your events to make it that special occasion !
Dave,
(King Tut) our newest member, came from the award winning band Alabi, giving us the ability to go from, Highway to Hell to After the Loving, giving the band
the versatility to cover any kind of event.
John, our
guitar WIZARD, came from the award winning band, Mae West, John plays
anything from jazz to heavy metal, you have to come out and see him
play. If he's not out running around in the crowd, he's probably playing
on the bar or one of the tables.
Dan and Paul,
well we're the rhythm section, Dan on drums and Paul on bass. Playing
together for, let me see, it's been so long, I forgot !
Over the years the band has continuously improved. Flipside
is the winner of the 'Best Classic Rock Group' category in the annual Buffalo Music Awards. (
Ya hoo !!) We also won "Best Classic Rock Band"
award, in the W.N.Y. People’s Choice Music Awards.
Flipside specializes in, business/corporate functions, wedding
receptions, outdoor concerts, night clubs, dances or even a simple backyard
barbecue . Customer satisfaction is always our goal. We can switch from
dance, R&B, rock or even a ballad, on the fly, as needed. We
are very well known throughout Western New York and have pleased
audiences everywhere we have performed.
